  This place is horrible! Walked in as a " newbie", stood there for 10 minutes not being familiar with what to do, and not being greeted by anyone asking if I needed help. A person at the register eventually waited on me but did NOT explain how to purchase tickets for games,etc. I had to figure it out on my own. Sat down to eat with my boyfriend, and then the waitress carded both of us. ( I get it, don't serve liquor to minors, but I DO NOT LOOK under 21 and neither does my boyfriend, I'm 54, he's 52.) After the waitress waited on us, my boyfriend was finished eating, I was not ( I had my fork in my hand ready to take a bite of food) and she said to me " do you want me to wrap that up for you?". I wanted to puke! Like I was wasting HER time being there. I HAD FORK IN HAND! Just because​ he was done eating doesn't mean I was done eating! I was so annoyed I told her to wrap it up. Then we went downstairs to play some games. I thought this was an " adult" place to have fun. NO WAY! Little kids running everywhere! I went on vacation to escape from my kids, and I gotta deal with someone elses??????? I will NEVER EVER STEP IN A Dave and Buster's again. And I will let everyone know Dave and Buster's is not worth it. Save your money.
